András Dénes

András Dénes is currently studying at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Budapest. He is a dedicated trombonist who has received recognition for his passion for music through his success in various national and international competitions, such as the International Trombone Festival (Frank Smith) Competition. His musical journey began in Budapest, and since August 2022, he has also been an active chamber musician as a member of the SzegEd TRombone ENsemble, founded by György Gyivicsán. From November 2024, he has served as the principal trombonist of the Alba Regia Symphony Orchestra, and is also a regular member of both the Budapest Orchestra Project and the Brass Boulevard Septet.
